PURPOSE: To sanitarily execute the turning operation of a toilet seat with a fingertip by providing a knob main body, which turns and operates the toilet seat main body, in the outer circumference side of the toilet seat main body to be formed in an almost elliptical shape or a U-shape and to be formed by one or two couples of the seats.

CONSTITUTION: A knob main body 5 is provided in the outer circumference side of a toilet seat main body 3' to be provided in a Western style toilet A'. The body 5 forms long and short sandwiching poles 3a and 3b, which have elasticity by synthetic resin materials, to be bent. Then, one sandwiching pole 3a is abutted to an outer wall surface 10 of the toilet seat 3' and the other sandwiching pole 3b is abutted to the inner wall surface of the toilet seat main body 3'. Then, this toilet seat main body 3' is sandwiched. A pin 6 is inserted to a small hole 11, which is formed in the tip of the sandwiching pole 3a and caulked, the main body 5 is fixed to the toilet seat main body 3'. A part knob 5' is formed in a spherical body and this part of knob 5' can be formed with glass, pottery or plastics so that fluorescentcoating or color can be provided.
