PURPOSE: To permit certain knotting and easy loosening in case of cut by branching the edge of one thread yarn into two parts and binding one branched thread yarn with another thread yarn and forming a loop with the other branched thread yarn then inserting both yarn edges into the loop of the other yarn and pulling the both.

CONSTITUTION: The edge of the thread yarn 1 on a roving package A is branched into two parts 1' and 1". A loop 4 is formed on the thread yarn 3 on a roving package B, and the edge part of the yarn 3 is with the branched thread yarn 1' to form a gathered thread yarn 5. Then, the branched thread yarn 1" is twined two times with the gattered thread yarn 5 to form a loop 6. Then, the branched thread yarn 1" and the gathered thread yarn 5 are arranged and inserted into the loop 4, and the roving package side A and B of the thread yarn 1 and 3 are pulled and bound. With such a constitution, application of tension is prevent, and loosening is not generated after the gathered thread yarn 5 is inserted into the loop 6 and tightened, and also easy loosening can be obtained by cutting.
