Abstract:
To provide an LED display capable of reducing the size of the LED display and suppressing poor connection of an electrode.SOLUTION: A micro LED device 100 includes a substrate 110, a semiconductor layer, a p-electrode P1, and an n-electrode N1. The semiconductor layer includes light-emitting portions R1 arranged in a matrix and having a light-emitting layer 130. The p-electrodes P1 are arranged in a matrix corresponding to the arrangement positions of the light-emitting portions R1. The n-electrode N1 is arranged in a ring surrounding the light-emitting portion R1 and the p-electrode P1. The semiconductor layer includes a central portion CNT1 and an outer peripheral portion PRM1. The outer peripheral portion PRM1 includes a p-type semiconductor layer 141.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
