Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously dilute a high viscosity fluid with simple operation and with high efficiency when diluting the high viscosity fluid by specifying a liquid consisting essentially of an anion surfactant which is a high viscosity fluid, viscosity of a water base solvent which is a low viscosity fluid and mixing conditions, and also using a continuous closed type mixer equipped with an agitating blade inside.
CONSTITUTION: As a high viscosity fluid and a low viscosity fluid, those in which, when the high viscosity fluid is gradually diluted at a fixed temperature, it shows a maximum value of viscosity and the viscosity is ≥10 times as large as the viscosity of the high viscosity fluid before dilution, are used. As a mixer for feeding the high viscosity fluid and the low viscosity fluid from separate piping and mixing them to continuously dilute the high viscosity fluid, a continuous closed type mixer 3 provided with an agitating blade 2 in a mixing chamber 4 independent of piping 1 and also having inner piping 5 provided with a single or plural inner nozzles on the upstream side thereof is used. The high viscosity fluid and the low viscosity fluid are fed so that the fluid mixture retained in the mixing chamber 4 can have average resident time of ≥4sec.
