Abstract:
A method and a device for designing a system comprising a PCI Express (PCIe) bus. A development board comprising a first design of the PCIe is plugged into a target device. Data transfers between the PCIe board and the target device are monitored and the size and number of stages of the Rx/Tx buffers of the board are changed in order to meet the design specification.
