Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label manufacturing device, which allows a defective label to be surely delivered and collected.SOLUTION: Defective label removing means comprises a defective label acquiring roller 26 and a defective label collecting roller 27 which are rotationally controlled. The defective label acquiring roller 26, in which a first adhesion part 26A and a non-adhesion part 26 are formed along a rotating direction on a peripheral surface thereof, adhesively holds a tip side in a conveying direction at a label surface body side 34 of a defective IC label 36A with the first adhesion part 26A while rotating, positions a rear end side of the label at the non-adhesion part 26B and makes a peeling body 32 to peel off the rear end side. The defective label collecting roller 27, in which a second adhesion part 27A is formed on a peripheral surface thereof, adhesively holds, with the second adhesion part 27A, the rear end side positioned at the non-adhesion part 26B at a label adhesive layer 33 side of the defective IC label 36 adhesively held by the defective label acquiring roller 26 while rotating together with the defective label acquiring roll 26, and collects the label.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
