Abstract:
To provide a label printer which issues labels that allow commodities close to their expiration dates to be easily distinguished.SOLUTION: A label printer 1 for issuing labels of commodities for which commodity information has been called includes: printing means capable of printing a plurality of colors on labels; and setting means for setting a color to be printed on a label by the printing means according to a length of an expiration date of a commodity. The printing means prints the color set by the setting means in a predetermined area of a label when the expiration date is within a first period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
