Abstract:
To reduce the amount of data per label of data to be stored for reissuance.SOLUTION: In a label printer of an embodiment, receiving means receives an issuance instruction followed by a report of order data in which a plurality of commodities are represented as ordered commodities. Issuance control means generates an image of a label to be attached to the plurality of commodities represented by the order data reported concerning the issuance instruction as the ordered commodities in response to the issuance instruction, and causes printing means to print the image. Storage means causes a storage device to store list data on a plurality of commodities represented by a plurality of pieces of order data concerning a plurality of issuance instructions as ordered commodities, respectively. Output means outputs a selection screen on which the plurality of commodities represented by the list data stored by the storage device are alternatives, respectively. Reissuance control means generates an image of a label to be attached to a designated commodity among the plurality of commodities provided as the alternatives on the selection screen, and causes the printing means to print the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
