To inform that there remains a small number of labels by a simple structure by displaying an identification marker on a mount in the vicinity of a terminal end.
The label sheet indicates an identification marker 11 in the vicinity of a terminal end of a mount 10. The label sheet loaded in a label printer is intermittently fed by motor by a length of a label 12. The label 12 is sensed by a sensor, and article information is printed on a predetermined position by a printing head. The printed label 12 is peeled off from the mount 10 and applied to an article. As article information is successively printed on labels 12 and the labels 12 are peeled off from the mount 10 leaving a small number of labels 12, the identification marker 11 appears on the mount 10 in the vicinity of the terminal end where the final labels 12 are stuck. An operator can know that there remains a small number of labels 12 by viewing the marker 11.
