Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute a washing device for machined articles in such a manner that the oil-components of the intricate parts of the inside, such as threaded holes, of the wash in addition to the oil-components sticking to the outside surfaces of the wash are sufficiently removed.
CONSTITUTION: This washing device has a first washing section 1 which washes the wash and a second washing section 2 which further washes the wash washed by this first washing section 1 and is so constituted that the wash is washed by injecting washing fluid from an injection means 8 to the wash in the first washing section 1. The washing by cavitation bubbles is executed by reducing the pressure and boiling the liquid in the state of immersing the wash into the liquid in the second washing section 2.
