Title:
Label
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6089477
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label that allows a polystyrene container and a paper label to be easily separated and disposed from the polystyrene container having the label adhered without paper peeling upon disposal, does not cause hot melt blocking in a label manufacturing process and is excellent in filling line suitability as well.SOLUTION: A label to be thermally fused onto the polystyrene container is composed of a hot melt layer laminated on a paper layer. The hot melt layer is composed of polyethylene wax, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a tackifier agent and by bleeding out, an additive agent laminated between the paper layer and the hot melt layer and lowering peel strength between the paper layer and the hot melt layer. A compounding ratio of the additive agent is more than 0.1 wt.% and less than 1.0 wt.%, and a coating amount of the hot melt layer is more than 10 g/mand less than 20 g/m. The peel strength of the container polystyrene is more than 0.5 N/15 mm at a 180-degree peel and less than 6.0 N/15 mm.
