Title:
LABELED GLUTAMINE AND LYSINE ANALOGUE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006137751
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a series of compounds useful for the diagnosis of thrombosis and embolism of vein and artery, or a site of infectious disease, and a medicinal preparation containing them and capable of performing the diagnosis of these diseases easily and more accurately.

The use of an appropriate protecting group gives the synthetic analogues of lysine and glutamine, having reduced sensitivities against in vivo metabolism by peptidases, and achieves the following diagnostic objectives. The synthetic analogues of the lysine and glutamine give a function as a substrate of an enzyme, factor XIIIa for stabilizing fibrin even on being labeled with a detectable moiety. The use of appropriate protecting group especially gives the compounds having the reduced sensitivities against the in vivo metabolism by the peptidases, and therefore they become medicines useful for the diagnosis of thrombosis, embolism, arteriosclelosis, inflammation or cancer. These compounds are useful for the diagnosis of thrombosis, embolism, arteriosclelosis, inflammation or cancer.
