Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a lacquer product, where a decorative piece of a predetermined shape can be created as fine material by punching with a punching tool without requiring elaborate processing techniques even by unskilled craftsmen, and the surface of the lacquer product can be beautifully decorated.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: an arrangement process in which a thin shell sheet 6 is placed horizontally on a worktable; a punching process in which a thin shell sheet 6 placed horizontally in the arrangement process is punched out using a punching tool 1 to create a decorative piece 7 of a predetermined shape; and a pasting process in which the decorative piece 7 created in the punching process is pasted on a base material coated with lacquer to produce a lacquer product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
