To secure a stable and simple connection structure for a ladder type filter by connecting plural serial and parallel resonators having vibration electrodes with each other via an anisotropic conductive sheet, connecting together the parallel resonators via a ground conductive and elastic sheet, and storing these resonators in a container.
A heat resistant resin container 3 has a level difference part on its inner wall circumference and the lead terminal members 80 and 90 including an input terminal 8 and an output terminal 9 which are formed in a single body. Then the container 3 touches an anisotropic conductive sheet 5 via the contact parts 81 and 91 and is connected to the connection electrodes of serial resonators 1 via the connection parts 41 and 42. The container 3 also contains three resonators 1 on its inner bottom surface centering on its level difference part and has two connection metallic pieces 4 buried in the bottom surface to cover those resonators 1 together with the projection parts 34b which are partitioning the areas. Furthermore, the container 3 contains four parallel resonators 2 having the vibration electrodes on their both sides over the resonators 1 via the sheet 5 and has the projection parts 36b partitioning the areas. Then the container 3 is covered with a cover body 7 via a ground conductive and elastic sheet and can secure the continuity via its depression.
