Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a safe ladder involving less hazard in elevating and sinking by installing a reflecor inside the joint part of each cross-bar with a side pole at least at one of the ends.
CONSTITUTION: Cross-bars 2 are installed between two side poles 1, 1, and a reflector 4 is fitted inside the joint part of each cross-bar 2 at least at one end with the silde pole 1. These reflectors 4 are made of a highpolymer material provided at the internal circumference with a reflection part having a surface unevenness. In the condition that the reflector 4 is fitted in at the periphery of the cross-bar 2, its end is inserted in a hole 3 and fastened by a pin 5. According to this construction. the reflector 4 reflects even poor beam of light. This permits checking the coutour of the whole ladder, presents no hazard in elevating and sinking, and precludes risk of falling off.
