Abstract:
To provide a ladle for molten aluminum with which the ladle itself is lightened by lightening a lined refractory and it is prevented to lower the heat-insulating characteristic and the service life of the ladle caused by reaction between the lined refractory and the molten metal.
The ladle 1 is provided with the lined refractory 5 in the inside of an outer iron shell 2. The lined refractory 5 has 1.4-1.8 bulk density and 0.1-0.5 average porous diameter.
