PURPOSE: To obviate the supply of fuel to a pump and to prevent the contamination by fuel leakage by mounting a pump to be driven by a motor to a floating structure anchored to the shore and mounting an angle changeable nozzle thereon.

CONSTITUTION: The floating structure 1 is anchored to the shore by a wire 2 for anchoring and an anchor 3. The necessary electric power is supplied from power source equipment 4 installed on the shore to the floating structure 1 via an electric wire 5. A suction pipe 6 is installed from the floating structure 1. This pipe enables the suction up of the water in the deep strata. The water sucked into the suction pipe 6 enters a pump 10 where the water is pressurized. The pressurized water enters the nozzle 11. The nozzle 11 is changeable in elevation angle and direction. Then, the spraying of a large volume of the water over a wide range from this nozzle 11 is possible and there is no possibility of pollution by the fuel leakage.
