PURPOSE: To prepare efficiently a laminate workpiece with excellent heat resistance and gas barrier properties by printing a base film such as a nylon film and a polyester film with a printing ink compsn. contg. a resin mixture contg. a specified polyurethane resin and specified chlorinated polypropylene and/or modified chlorinated polypropylene and laminating a molten polypropylene thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A film or a sheet consisting of a polyester, a nylon, a cellophane and one coated with polyvinylidene chloride is printed with an ink compsn. contg. a resin mixture contg. a polyurethane resin with no free isocyanate group and a mol.wt. in the range of 10,000 and a chlorinated polypropylene with a mol.wt. of 5,000-500,000 and a degree of chlorination in the range of 25-60 and/or a modified chlorinated polypropylene and is laminated with a molten polypropylene. When the polyurethane resin has a mol.wt. of less than 10,000, blocking easily occurs and laminatability becomes insufficient. When the mol.wt. is larger than 200,000, dispersibility of pigment decreases.
