Abstract:
To provide a laminate of which a degree of freedom in selecting a base layer with a Heusler alloy formed is high, of which a thermal treatment temperature and the number of times of thermal treatment are reduced, and which utilizes high spin polarization rate of the Heusler alloy.
A crystalline Heusler alloy layer 1 is arranged so as to be in contact with an MgO layer 3. An amorphous Heusler alloy layer 4 is arranged on an opposite surface side to the MgO layer 3 of the Heusler alloy layer 1.
