Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate manufacturing apparatus which can reliably release a sheet from a retard roll.SOLUTION: A laminate manufacturing apparatus 1 includes two systems of a roll set comprising a knife roll 10, an anvil roll 20, a retard roll 30, and a folding roll. In each of two systems, an original fabric 2 is cut by a prescribed length by the knife roll and the anvil roll thereby forming a sheet 3, the sheet is fed to the folding roll via the retard roll, two sheets fed from each retard roll of two systems are overlapped by both folding rolls of two systems, and the overlapped sheets are folded and laminated thereby forming a laminate 4. In the apparatus, a recess 32, which is distributed over the whole of an outer peripheral surface of the retard roll, is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
