Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has no degradation such as discoloration due to the oxidation of a surface of the laminate even if placed under a high temperature over a long period of time and has excellent insulation strength, a small dielectric constant and excellent transmission characteristics, and a metal-clad laminate.SOLUTION: There are provided a laminate and a metal-clad laminate having a thickness of 2 mm or less which are obtained by laminating at least three layers in this order: a layer composed of a crosslinkable resin molded body (A) having resin layers on both surfaces of a fibrous support, a layer composed of a crosslinkable resin molded body (B) having a resin layer containing an inorganic filler and a layer composed of the crosslinkable resin molded body (A). The layer composed of the crosslinkable resin molded body (A) is disposed on both outermost surface layers of the laminate and the resin amount contained in the crosslinkable resin molded body (A) is smaller than the resin amount contained in the crosslinkable resin molded body (B).
