To provide a laminate plate which is favorably used as a component material for windows for which impact resistance is particularly required, such as machine tool windows, automobile windows, train windows and a bulletproof glass, and is impact resistant, solvent resistant, surface-cleanable and disposable without being separated.

The laminate plate is obtained by laminating a hydrophilic film-covered solvent resistant film in which a hydrophilic film having a contact angle to water of ≤70° is laminated on at least one side of a solvent resistant film on at least one side a polycarbonate plate with the hydrophilic film on the surface.
