To improve a heat resistance, a transparency and prcessability by making up a pair of skin layers of both front and rear surfaces with a polyester of a specific element, sandwiching a core layer between the skin layers, and making up the core layer with a polyester of another specific element from the skin layers.

A pair of skin layers 3 of both front and rear surfaces of the laminate polyester sheet 1 each contains a polyester having structure units represented by formulae I and II as main components so that a ratio of formula I/formula II is set to (55 to 25 wt.%)/(45 to 75 wt.%). A core layer 2 is sandwiched between the pair of the skin layers 3 and constituted of a polyester having structure units represented by formulae I, II and III as main components so that a ratio of formula I/formula II/formula III is set to (85 to 20 wt.%)/(5 to 20 wt.%)/(10 to 60 wt.%), in formulae I to III, Ar1 and Ar2 are each a benzene ring, and X is a methylene group, sulfonyl group, carbonyl group, cyclohexylene group or sulfur atom.
