To provide a laminate of aluminum/bi-axially oriented multilayer polyester film capable of easily and cheaply producing easy opening cap of beverage cans.SOLUTION: An aluminum/multilayer biaxially oriented polyester film laminate, comprises: (M) an aluminum support; (C) at least one amorphous layer C containing at least one kind of co-polyester PET-G; (B) at least one crystalline layer B containing at least one kind of co-polyester PET-X and, in some cases, at least one kind of polyethylene terephthalate PET of at least one kind of polyester; (A) depending on the case, at least one layer A being the same with or different from the layer B, in this order, in which (i) a concentration of CHDM unit in the layer C is preferably between 22 and 33 mol%, and (ii) a melting point of the layer B is between 180 and 245°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
