To provide a laminate that protects a metal foil and has improved designability, and a tube container including such a laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate has a first sealant layer 12, a print substrate layer 13, a protective layer 19, an intermediate substrate layer 17, a metal foil 18, and a second sealant layer 15, which are laminated in the stated order, the protective layer 19 formed using a metal vapor deposition film.
