Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate a change of a piezoelectric constant resulting from a residual stress at the burning time or the like.
SOLUTION: A strip-like driving electrode 30 having tapered parts 30b, 30c in the vicinity of end parts 2a, 2b of a pressure generation chamber 2 is formed at a surface of a vibration plate 3 correspondingly to the pressure generation chamber 2. A holding force of end parts 4a, 4b of a piezoelectric vibration body 4 formed by burning at a surface of the driving electrode 30 is weakened thereby to prevent a residual stress from acting to a main body part 30a.
