Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate good in the adhesiveness of a resin layer composed of polyolefin and a polyamide resin layer and excellent in chemical resistance, gas barrier properties and liquid barrier properties.
SOLUTION: A laminate is obtained by bonding a resin layer composed of polyolefin and a polyamide resin layer by a layer of a modified polyolefin resin obtained by grafting an isocyanate group-containing unsaturated compd. to polyolefin. In the modified polyolefin resin, 0.001-1.5mol% (based on an olefin monomer) of the isocyanate group-containing unsaturated compd. is pref. grafted. The modified polyolefin resin is pref. produced by reacting a specific amt. of a mixture consisting of polyolefin, the isocyanate group-containing unsaturated compd. and org. peroxide in a molten state to perform graft modification.
