Abstract:

To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor combination whose reliability is extremely high in which any crack due to stress from a substrate or solder can not be generated even when a temperature in use is changed according to a substrate mounting state, and a method for manufacturing this.

A laminated ceramic capacitor 10 of a capacitor combination is electrically and mechanically connected to a metallic part 2 through a first face 1a on which the inside electrode of the ceramic capacitor 10 is led out and a second face 2a of one part of the constituting face of a metallic part 2 faced to the first face 1a with the metallic part 2. The rate of the area of the first face 1a to the area of the second face 2a range from 10% to 70%.
