Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component of superior reliability, by which the thickness of an internal electrode can be made thick and delamination hardly occurs.
SOLUTION: This method comprises a step of forming green sheets 12 composing of an internal electrode paste layer 16 and a ceramic paste layer 17 on carrier films, so that the internal paste layers 16 penetrate from the upper surface to the lower surface of the green sheets 12; and a step of obtaining a ceramic laminate by repeating a step of bonding the laminate of the green sheets and the carrier films and peeling off the carrier films; and then a step of baking the ceramic laminate after pressurizing it in a thickness direction to obtain a ceramic sintered body.
