Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of the title core by surely inhibiting the occurrence of an eddy current loss between thin steel sheets and, at the same time, to eliminate the occurrence of vibrations by increasing the joining strength between each thin steel sheet as a whole.
CONSTITUTION: Thin steel sheets 1 are firmly stuck to each other in a laminated state by respectively forming coating layers 2 of an epoxy resin, etc., composed of a self-welding type resin on the piling up surfaces 11 of the steel sheets 1 and heating the coating layers 2.
