To provide a laminated core for an outer rotor motor which improves the yield of a core material, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.
In the laminated core 10 for the outer rotor motor and the method of manufacturing the same, a plurality of magnetic pole pieces 12 are formed outside the radial direction of yoke pieces 11, inner circular parts 16 of the yoke pieces 11 are arranged on the same circle by bending at a connection 13 adjacent segment core pieces 14 connected to each other at a connection 13 and arranged linearly, and a plurality of continuous segment core pieces 14 are wound spirally and laminated. In forming the segment core pieces 14, the connection 13 is provided at a position between the middle position P1 in the radial direction and the base position P2 of the magnetic pole pieces 12 or at an outside position P3 in the radial direction of the yoke pieces 11, and interference portions where the adjacent segment core pieces 14 arranged linearly overlap or the interference portions and magnetic poles 18, 19 in the outside region in the radial direction connected to the interference portions are removed.
