Abstract:
Laminated, decorated plates (I), comprises a core formed from a fiber or splinter material, where: on at least one side of the core contains a resin containing intermediate layer, a decoration layer not impregnated with resin and having a graphical images of the surface of an imitated material, and a transparent surface layer; in the decoration layer, the reproduction of the surface structure of the imitated material is imprinted; and the intermediate layer from a liquid is applied on the core, by pressure and/or heat hardenable adhesive. An independent claim is included for the production of (I), comprising: (a) providing a plate from a fiber or splinter material; (b) coating the plate on at least one side with a liquid, by pressure and/or heat hardenable adhesive; (c) pressing a decoration layer not impregnated with resin on the layer of the adhesive; (d) applying a thermoplastic or a liquid surface layer material on the decoration layer; and (e) pressing and heating the obtained layer structure under the formation of the surface structure of the surface layer.
