CONSTITUTION: Resonators 24, 23 are formed on a dielectric layer 117. Resonators 22, 21 are formed on a dielectric layer 11 so that the resonator 22 is superposed on the resonator 23 and the resonator 21 on the resonator 24. Shield electrodes 91 are formed on the right half of dielectric layer 15 laminated between a dielectric layer 117 and a dielectric layer 11.
