Abstract:

To provide a stable laminated electrode having excellent transparency and conductivity.

The laminated electrode includes a multilayer graphene layer and metal wiring formed thereon. The metal wiring contains non-oriented metal nanowires, and the multilayer graphene layer is a laminate of graphene sheets consisting of a collection of graphene plates. When the ratio of occupation area of the metal nanowires projected in the lamination direction is X, and the average diameter of the metal nanowires is A, the average area of the graphene plates is (A+B)2nm2 or more by using Bnm satisfying formula (1).
