Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated fabric which exhibits satisfactory external appearance with design properties, also has cushioning properties, and can be suitably used for a covering material for an interior article.SOLUTION: A laminated fabric comprises: a mesh-like warp knitted fabric (surface layer) having an opening constituted by Atlas stitch; and a staple fiber web (back layer) which is laminated and integrated on one side of the warp knitted fabric. Staple fibers constituting the staple fiber web and ground yarns of the warp knitted fabric are integrated by entangling with each other, in which the entanglement is provided by a high-pressure water stream. The laminated fabric is provided by exposing staple fibers that is stuffed into the opening of the warp knitted fabric to the surface side. The surface side of the laminated fabric is printed with a pigment. As for the printing, the surface of the laminated fabric is directly printed without subjecting the surface of the laminated fabric to surface treatment for printing. The surface of the staple fiber web provided by exposing to the surface side at the warp knitted fabric, which is the surface layer, and the opening portion of the warp knitted fabric is printed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
