Title:
LAMINATED FILM FOR THERMOCOMPRESSION BONDING LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0216049
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated film for printing laminating excellent in both adhesive strength and gloss feeling by forming a heat-fusing polymer layer having specific melt flow rate (MFR) and melting peak onto one surface of a base material film.

CONSTITUTION: MFR at 125°C is brought to 1-40g/ten min in a heat-fusing polymer, and the polymer has two or more of apices of melting peaks between 45-99°C, and is acquired by the mixture of two kinds or more of a copolymer, wax, petroleum resin, etc. Ethylene and acrylic acid are exampled as the copolymer, parafin wax as wax and terpene, etc. as the petroleum resin. These substances are mixed, and MFR and the melting peaks thereof are made to satisfy said required conditions. When MFR is brought to the outside of said range, cracks are generated on extrusion laminating, and the unevenness of discharge and the unevenness of thickness are generated. Blocking is generated in a rolled film when the melting peak is less than 45°C, and curls are easy to be generated on laminating when the melting peak is brought to 99°C or higher.
