Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a base material film having good printing characteristics by forming highly dense projections with uniform height on the surface of a laminated film by particles contained in the thermoplastic resin A layer of the laminated film composed of a thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B.
CONSTITUTION: A film A containing a thermoplastic resin A and particles as main components is laminated at least on one side of a film B containing a thermoplastic resin B. In a biaxial oriented thermoplastic resin laminated film in which the thickness of the film A is 0.005-5μm, the average particle size of particles contained in the film A is 0.1-10 times the thickness of the film A, and the content of the particles in the film A is 0.05-50wt.%, a layer (layer C) containing an acrylic resin and a polyester resin as main components is formed at least on one side the laminated film. In this way, highly dense projections with uniform height can be formed efficiently on the surface of a film, effecting printing characteristics in the applications of thermosensible transfer materials.
