Abstract:

To provide a glass ceramic sintered body which can be fired at ≤1000°C and has high bending strength as a substrate.

The ceramic material is produced by depositing layers into one body in which a plurality of kinds of glass ceramic sintered bodies are symmetrically arranged in the normal direction of the layers. The glass ceramic sintered body in the outermost layer has a crystalline phase different from that of the glass ceramic sintered body in the inner layer adjacent to the above layer. The coefficient α1 of thermal expansion in the glass ceramic sintered body in the outermost layer and the coefficient α2 of the glass ceramic sintered body in the inner layer satisfy the relation of 0<α2-α1<5 ppm.
