Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated inductor capable of restraining generation of stray capacitance.
SOLUTION: This laminated inductor 40 is provided with a spiral coil La constituted by electrically connecting coil conductors 41-44, and a spiral coil Lb constituted by electrically connecting coil conductors 45-48. A lamination body 65 including the spiral coils La, Lb is constituted by stacking insulating material films and the coil conductors 41-48. Low permittivity members 55-57 are arranged between the coil conductors 41-44 constituting the coil La. Similarly, low permittivity members 51-53 are arranged between the coil conductors 45-48 constituting the coil Lb. A low permittivity member 54 is arranged also between the coil La and the coil Lb.
