PURPOSE: To ensure that a laminated material shows an improvement in terms of rigidity, workability and rust inhibition as well as in light-weight and fancy- patterned by laminating a metal layer and a resin layer containing fiber which is overlaid at least, on one surface area of the metal layer.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated plate 1 consists of an elastic metal layer 2 formed using an iron sheet, an aluminum sheet or a stainless steel sheet and a resin layer containing fiber 4 such as natural fiber, glass fiber or carbon fiber, for example, which is overlaid at least, on one surface of the metal layer 2. In addition, the resin layer 3 has a notched part 3A, then is bent along the part 3A, and the notched part is filled with resin. Thus the metal layer is rust- inhibitive due to the resin layer laminated on one surface of the metal layer. Further, the metal layer, containing fiber, has an improved rigidity, and also has an improved workability such as bending due to its plasticity.
