Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce the thickness of a laminated member and also to make bonding area said laminated member large by forming said laminated member in a three-layered structure having fluororesin sandwiched between elastic material layers, applying a seal rubber to the surface of said elastic material layers by heating and contact bonding and through vulcanization and adhesion in joining said laminated members together. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin layer 2 made of vinylidene fluororesin of 0.3m/m thickness is sandwiched by elastic material layer 3 each made of acrylonitril butadiene rubber of 0.8m/m thickness, whereby a laminated member in the three layered structure is obtained. When end faces of laminated members 1 are butted, and non-vulcanized seal rubber 5 made of acrylonitril butadiene rubber in 0.5m/m thickness is bonded to the elastic material layer 3 at a bonding part 4 of the end faces through vulcanization at 160 deg.C, with 50kgf/cm<2> pressure for 30min. Further, an elastic material layer 3a embedded with a core material 6 which is obtained by applying an adhesive agent 6 of mixed and melted acrylonitril butadiene rubber and toluene onto a woven fabric of nylon 66 is used to overlap the end parts of the laminated members 1 with each other, so that the confronting surfaces of the elastic material layers 3 are bonded via the seal rubber 5.
