Title:
LAMINATED NONWOVEN FABRIC EXCELLENT IN PEELING STRENGTH AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000199163
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a laminated nonwoven fabric having sufficiently interlaced both fiber groups on the lamination boundary face without damaging the advantage of a filament web, and making the best use of a high mechanical strength which is the advantage of the filament web, when the filament web and a staple fiber web are laminated and integrated by high-pressure liquid-type finishing.

This laminated nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a staple fiber web and a polylactic acid-based filament web. The form of the staple fiber web is maintained by mutual three-dimensional interlacing of the constituent fibers. The staple fiber group and the filament group are sufficiently and three-dimensionally interlaced on the lamination face of the staple fiber web and the polylactic acid-based filament web. The peeling strength between the staple fiber web and the polylactic acid-based filament web is ≥500 g/5 am width.
