Abstract:
To provide: a laminated piezoelectric element in which a plurality of laminated piezoelectric elements are bundled and the peripheral surface of the plurality of the vertical piezoelectric elements is hardened with a mold resin and from which thickness vibration is extracted, each laminated piezoelectric element comprising a plurality of vertically-connected piezoelectric vibrators which each are formed by bonding a plurality of polarized vibrators with a non-filler epoxy adhesive while vertically aligning the polarization axes of the vibrators; and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Provided are: a piezoelectric vibrator comprising a polarized cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator; a vertical piezoelectric element formed by bonding the piezoelectric vibrators with a non-filler epoxy adhesive while vertically aligning a plurality of polarization axes of the piezoelectric vibrators; a laminated piezoelectric element in which a plurality of the vertical piezoelectric elements are arranged to be bundled in parallel, and the peripheral surface of the plurality of the vertical piezoelectric elements is hardened with a mold resin; and a method of manufacturing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
