Title:
LAMINATED POLYESTER OVER SHEET FOR CARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3653682
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a laminated sheet of two polyester layers suitable for an over sheet of various kinds of cards since it is excellent in transparency, sharpness, scratch resistance, and flame resistance by a method wherein one layer of the laminated sheet of two polyester layers contains flame retardant, and its granular additional amount, surface average roughness, and total ray transmittance are specified.
SOLUTION: A laminated sheet is composed of a polyester A layer and a polyester B layer. As a flame retardant contained in one layer of the polyester layer, a halogen compound represented by bromine compound, chlorine compound, etc., an inorganic compound, etc., represented by phosphorus compound, or antimony oxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc., are exemplified. The laminated sheet satisfies simultaneously formulae I, II, and III. In the formulae I to III, W(A) represents a granular additional amount (wt.%) in the polyester A layer, Ra(A) represents a central line average roughness (μm) of a surface of the polyester A layer, and T represents total ray transmittance (%) of the laminated sheet.
