Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the warpage characteristics of a metal foil clad laminated sheet wherein prepregs using glass cloth as a base material are laminated to and integrated with the outer surfaces of a prepreg using a glass nonwoven fabric as a base material by one.
CONSTITUTION: In a metal foil clad laminated sheet wherein prepregs using glass cloth as a base material are laminated to and integrated with the outer surfaces of a prepreg using a glass nonwoven fabric as a base material by one, the glass cloth is characterized by that a wt. is 230-250g/m2, thickness is 0.18-0.22mm and the average diameter of a filament is 6-10μm.
