Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the laminated steel panel by providing a crystalline saturated polyester resin film having specific physical properties on both surfaces of a steel panel.
CONSTITUTION: A crystalline saturated polyester resin film with a thickness of 10-100μm elongation of 300% or more, a degree of crystallization of 10% or less and crystalline heat of fusion of 10joul/g or more is provided on both surfaces of a steel panel. In forming an easy can-opening lid, this laminated steel panel is held between upper and lower molds A5, A6 to press the required place of a lid main body corresponding to the shape dimension of a opening piece 2 and the part corresponding to the opening piece is upwardly pushed to be molded and, subsequently, the lid main body 1 is placed on a lower mold B11 having a projected part 13 at the part corresponding to the peripheral edge part of the opening piece 2 and pressed by an upper mold B10 having a recessed groove 12 at the part corresponding to the peripheral edge part of the opening piece 2. After molding, the molded one is heat-treated for 2min at resin film temp. of 140°C. By this constitution, an easy can-opening lid excellent in feathering properties is obtained.
