To provide a film vapor-deposited with an inorganic oxide which excels in a peel strength under high moisture, which is free of the lowering of oxygen permeability and laminate strengths even when filled with an acid liquid such as vinegar, and which excels in laminate properties with a heat fusable film.
The laminated vapor deposition film is characterized in that: on the surface of the vapor deposition layer of a biaxially oriented film base material on which the inorganic oxide vapor deposition layer is formed, preferably a biaxially oriented film base material on the surface of the non-vapor deposition layer of which there is precoated an anchor coat, a protective layer is formed-preferably a protective layer consisting of either of a biaxially oriented polyamide film or a biaxially oriented polypropylene film; and the heat fusion layer is formed on the surface of the non-vapor deposition layer.
