To provide a laminating apparatus capable of suppressing deformation of a support plate for supporting a pair of rollers which are brought into pressure-contact with each other.
The laminating apparatus employs a belt-nip type apparatus configured of a pair of endless belts 31. The laminating apparatus includes a regulating connection member 43 which connects the circumference of a support part for supporting the roller (the first heating pressing roller 34A) of a first roller group 301A to be brought into pressure-contact with the roller (the second heating pressing roller 34B) of a second roller group 301B on a first support plate 41A and the circumference of a support part for supporting the roller (the second heating pressing roller 34B) of the second roller group 301B to be brought into pressure-contact with the roller (the first heating pressing roller 34A) of the first roller group 301A on a second support plate 41B, and regulates the movement in a direction of separating the first support plate 41A from the second support plate 41B on the circumference of the support part.
