Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a laminating device, with which the development of the scraps of metal plate and of heat insulating material is reduced and the efficient lamination between the metal plate and the heat insulating material can be realized, by a method wherein the measurement of the length of the metal plate is continued with a snbordinate length-measuring means even after the passing of the rearmost end of the metal plate through a main length-measuring means.
CONSTITUTION: At the starting end part of conveying device 2 consisting of roller conveyor, a main length-measuring means 1 is provided. In succession, to the longitudinal direction and above the conveying device 2, a hot air heating furnace 3 is arranged. At the rear of the furnace, heat insulating material 4 wound in roll is delivered. After that, a heat insulating material cutting device 5 for cutting the delivered heat insulating material into lengths, a heat insulating material laminating device 7 consisting of a pair of pressure rolls, with which the heat insulating material 4 is laminated to metal plate 6, a subordinate length-measuring means 20 and a metal plate cutting device 8 are arranged along the roller conveyor in the order named.
