To provide a laminating device and laminate manufacturing system with high precision and productivity.
A laminating device 10 includes: a base part 40 on which a first laminated material 91 and a second laminated material 92 are overlapped and mounted; a sandwiching member 31 which can move vertically with respect to the base part 40 and sandwiches the first laminated material 91 and the second laminated material 92 with the base part 40; and a pressing member 33 which can move vertically with respect to the sandwiching member 31 and presses the first laminated material 91 and the second laminated material 92 simultaneously.
